Not having much free time to talk to someone for an hour to find a better deal was a big reason I hadn’t shopped around. Some texts back and forth when I could while working and I saved a bunch of money on a Wednesday! Can’t beat that!"

"I'm frustrated by how many mistakes the staff at this agency have made. We have a personal account with vehicle and home insurance. I opened a NEW account for a nonprofit. Only, they didn't sell us the correct policy -- and used the nonprofit login info but attached our personal policies but NOT the nonprofit's policy. I've spent too much time trying to get staff to resolve this issue. It's not that difficult: there are two accounts, people."
